In the event of a Snow Day.....
Investigate a current event in the Business world or Accounting field
In your own words summarize a current event related to business and or the accounting field. Do not simply cut and paste from the internet! Give me a Who, What When and Where.
Be sure to cite your source. The article URL is fine, extra credit will be given for MLA style formatting.
After finding and presenting a brief summary event from the business world that you find interesting, answer the following questions:
- Is this a hot topic, controversial issue trending in the news? If so reflect on the current topic/ and opinion presented in the article. If not, what interests you about the topic/article, why did you select it?
- What is your opinion of this business and the article?
- If you had heard of this business, does this change your opinion?
- Does this article seem to have a political biases or association in it?
- Will this article affect your life in anyway, and why do you believe that?

If you have any questions, I am available via email on our SNOW DAY from 9am to 2 pm. and will be checking regularly, unless I don't have power then , well....do the best you can and I will see you in the classroom!
